Background

KÖKI Terminal is a prominent shopping mall, in a prime location, near Budapest International Airport, with nearly 60,000 square meters of leasable area.

KÖKI needed a long-term, agile partner to constantly evolve their application by integrating new functions based on the needs of both the market and tomorrow’s shoppers.

First, we wanted to understand KÖKI's operations in context. So, we intensively analyzed the mall's organizational structure, the behavior of various consumer personas and the industry as a whole. The features of this app are based on the combination of the client’s requests and the findings of our in-depth research.

We also integrated a digital gift card, and interfaces for ordering and registering via the newly released app, to simplify customers’ payment processes.
